Rousdon Estate is a unique development dating from the 1870s commissioned by Sir Henry Peek, with an impressive Tudor style grade II* listed Mansion House as its centrepiece. The Estate is classified as a conservation area and the landscaped parkland is contained within tree belts which provide the perimeter to the estate on three sides.

In addition there are numerous cottages and converted farm buildings now forming an exclusive and private Victorian village nestling in a wonderful parkland setting. The fields are used for grazing and arable farming.
