The Billiard House was a slightly later extension to the Mansion House and originally used as a Billiard Room by Sir Henry Peek! It accommodates 5 people in luxurious and architecturally stunning surroundings – the main room is 625ft square with painted ceiling panels below stained glass windows and a cupola roof.

There is an open fire, comfortable sofas, antique round table seating 6 people and two doors to the rear garden opening onto views of the sea and parkland of the Estate. There is 37 inch Digital TV and sound system.

A well equipped open plan kitchen houses a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric hob with both traditional and microwave ovens. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.

All three bedrooms have their own bath/shower room, two have sea views.

Outside there is comfortable garden furniture and a peaceful garden in which to relax.

Access Statement

Billiard House is approached from the carpark down a ramp and with no steps up through the front door - the property is all on one level and all showers have one low step into them.  The doors to the garden have two steps down to the lawn.
