To make your stay at Peek House or Billiard House as trouble free as possible here are some guidelines to facilities and equipment – please ask if you have any queries. Please remember that you are staying on a private residential estate with permanent residents – being respectful of privacy and aware of noise levels will be appreciated.

Peek House & Billiard House are No Smoking areas.

Heating System - Peek House and Billiard House both have oil fired central heating and hot water which is set on a preset programme.

Solid Fuel Stove – The sitting room in Peek House is fitted with a large Clearview stove which takes both logs and smokeless coal.

Sky TV with High Definition is available in the sitting room of Peek House and provides the top level of viewing including all sports and film channels – please do not try to order box office movies through the control set. Billiard House has digital TV.

Alarm – the houses are fitted with burglar alarms which are used only when the houses are empty – please do not alter the controls.

Laundry – there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in both properties, together with ironing board and iron. The tumble dryers are condensation models so please empty the water container after every cycle.

At the end of your stay – please leave the propertry clean and tidy and do tell us of any breakages or damage prior to leaving. All linen and towels are changed each week – but if you require extra supplies please let us know.
